Manifesto Market was founded in Prague in 2018 by American entrepreneur and architect Martin Barry and his partner Hollie Lin. Manifesto Berlin is the fourth and largest food hub to date. Manifesto's mission is to transform ordinary, unused places into unique experiences in physical and virtual environments through temporary or permanent projects.

Manifesto builds, designs and manages innovative spaces, creating a stable and accessible gastronomic ecosystem and an additional value to the neighborhoods. In this way, it offers independent restaurants and kitchens low cost of entry and higher profit margins. In 2022, the award-winning brand initiated its international expansion in Germany. Manifesto Food Hubs are designed as cashless zones and strive to implement sustainability at all levels of operations.
